Ponte Radio

During the lockdown that began in mid-March 2020, I started a podcast called Ponte Radio. In each episode, about half an hour long (in italian), I drifted through music of all kinds, live examples, and unlikely connections between autobiographical anecdotes and grand philosophical themes.

As the episodes went on, the podcast gradually became populated with androids, pharaohs, and old bluesmen, and I found myself reflecting on vast and frankly disproportionate topics compared to my own education. But I couldn’t avoid it, because it turned out to be a very instructive activity for me — as well as creative and fun — and also because the main intention was simply to keep my friends company while they were stuck at home.
